Photographed in Front Royal, Virginia, this cow appeared to be acting as the sentry over the herd. The softness of the entire scene, was created from the falling snow, and she almost seemed to disappear into the background. The muted colors directed my eye to her gaze, and it was hard to look away. This image has a real painterly feel and will cause the viewer to stop and look. For you cow lovers, this would be a great piece. Consider your media choice carefully, as it will effect the feel and mood of the print.
